Since 2012 the tower is officially known as the Elizabeth Tower, renamed as such to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II. From Big Ben you will go to Parliament Square, where you will be able to have a rest and admire the historical old town of London. Also near Big Ben you will find Westminster Abbey, famous for being the place of the British monarchy celebrations.
