Pall Mall

Pall Mall is one of London’s most popular streets and is located within the City of Westminster. Pall Mall takes you to Trafalgar Square, with St James’s Palace, St James’s Park and Buckingham Palace very close. Pall Mall is mainly known as the place where many gentlemen’s clubs formed between the 19th and beginning of the 20th century are located. Pall Mall was also at one point the artistic centre of London as the Royal Academy, National Gallery and Christie’s auction house were located in the street in 1814, although none of them stayed there for a very long period of time.
